The Gastronomic Club Santa Rita organizes to the 15th of march a new dinner of social animals. In this event you will be able to taste a variant of the menu that is offered by Xabi Bonilla in Santa Rita this month: fusion cooking. This version will consist in spring vegetables with pea pesto and pumpkin ravioli stuffed of duck treats with carrot, orange and ginger sauce as a first dish. The main dish will be composed by Marmitaki, a fusion between Japan and the Basque Contry, that consists in Tataki and Marmitako. And, to finish, a recuit creamy of cheese and coconut, berries, broken biscuit and licorice sauce. Everything introduced by some snacks which depend of the fresh products in the market that day.
